The first two Estonian visa application centres in Beijing and Shanghai were opened last year. The thirteen new centres are part of Estonia’s continuous efforts to facilitate travel for the growing number of Chinese tourists, as well as business travellers.

In 2016, 55 per cent more visa applications were submitted in the Estonian consular officies and visa application centres than the year before, and the first six months of 2017 are showing a similar trend.

Applications for short-term visa can be handed over to all 15 centres in Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Jinan, Kunming, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Shenzhen, Xi’an, Wuhan.
