Foreign Minister Kaljurand: in order to guarantee cyber security, states must have a strategy and willingness to cooperate


Foreign Minister Marina Kaljurand emphasized today in her speech at the Cyber 2016 conference organised by the Chatham House think tank in London, that cyber security is an area in which it is not feasible to achieve results without international cooperation. “Although there is no rule of international law that obliges countries to cooperate, this is the whole idea of the United Nations Charter.
